Caleres, Inc. in Chino, CA is seeking a Forklift Driver to support order picking and warehouse operations on the 2nd shift. You will move items safely, label documentation, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience and a valid forklift certification. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule with potential overtime, in a safety‑driven environment.

Forklift Driver – 2nd Shift

Compensation and Hours:

• Starting pay is $21.00 per hour+ $1.50 shift differential
• Potential to earn overtime
• Position will be 2nd shift from 3:00pm-11:30pm (MON-FRI)

• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
