Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Chino, CA is seeking a Lead-Shipping and Receiving associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will handle order picking, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with colleagues to meet customer demands.

The role runs on 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm, Mon-Fri) with starting pay of $23.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and potential overtime; candidate must be knowledgeable on reach truck and clamp.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Fork Lift Certification required.
• Effective time management skills and positive team player required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands

Compensation and Hours:

• Starting pay is $23.00 per hour+ $1.50 shift differential

• Potential to earn overtime
