Job summary

Pace Center for Girls in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Reach Program Manager to oversee community-based prevention and early intervention programs for girls ages 11-17. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, and/or Marriage and Family.
• Active State licensure in counseling, therapy, social work, or similarly designated professional category within the state that program services are delivered.
• Minimum three experience providing counseling and therapeutic clinical services to youth.
• Minimum one year experience in managing and supervising teams or in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of case management practices, community behavioral health systems, and laws pertaining to youth and families.
• Experience using personal computers and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Uphold professional code of ethics and State statutes, ensuring the safety of program participants, families, and the organization.
• Supervise documentation including assessments, screening tools, progress notes, care plans, and transition plans.
• Manage therapists’ caseloads and productivity to meet program needs and Pace guidelines.
• Facilitate weekly care planning with the therapy team and ensure fidelity to Pace’s model.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care coordination as warranted.
• Hire, onboard, supervise, and evaluate team members to uphold organizational culture.
