Job summary

Pace Center for Girls seeks a Reach Program Coordinator to oversee community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention for girls ages 11-17. You will support administrative execution of day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality therapeutic supports.

Lead a team of therapists under a gender-responsive, trauma-informed, strength-based framework, ensuring fidelity to the program model and coordinating with outside partners for holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, psychology, mental health, or counseling.
• Florida licensure as Mental Health Counselor, MFT, CSW, or registered intern under supervision is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality programming that increases girls' resiliency and protective factors.
• Provide weekly therapy and case management to girls aged 11-17.
• Guide therapists with trauma-informed, gender-responsive practices.
• Review documentation, assessments, and care plans for accuracy.
• Coordinate with partners and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
