Job summary

Pace Center for Girls is seeking a Reach Program Coordinator in Florida to oversee community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention programs for girls aged 11–17. The role supports day-to-day administration and ensures access to high-quality therapeutic supports.

The coordinator will supervise therapists, ensure fidelity to Pace’s gender-responsive, trauma-informed model, and coordinate with community partners while guiding data collection to meet contractual and grant obligations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or Counseling required.
• Florida licensure as an LMHC/LMFT/LCSW or Registered Intern under supervision required.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ counseling/therapeutic experience with youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality programming to increase girls’ resiliency and protective factors.
• Ensure fidelity to gender-responsive, trauma-informed program model.
• Supervise therapists and coordinate wrap-around services.
• Collaborate with community providers and manage documentation and reporting.
