The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years' experience with at-risk youth, plus licensure eligibility or current licensure.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • 3–5 years’ experience with at-risk youth preferred.
  • Current driver’s license required and eligible licensure as MH Counselor/MFT/CSW.

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly therapy services to girls ages 11–17 in multiple settings.
  • Conduct holistic assessments and develop care plans with family involvement.
  • Support resilience, reduce risk behaviors, and promote healthy life skills.
  • Collaborate with schools and community partners for coordinated care.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and family counseling as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
