Job summary

New River Valley Community Services seeks a REACH Coordinator to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families, and support providers. You will coordinate admission into REACH services and serve as a community education resource, strengthening treatment, support efficiencies, and outcomes.

The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $51,333.75–$59,033.81 depending on experience, with additional compensation for multilingual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services related field is required.
• Two years of experience in developmental disabilities and behavioral health are required.
• QMHP A and/or C certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission into REACH services.
• Strengthen treatment and support efficiencies and service outcomes.
• Serve as a community education resource and liaison with partners.
