Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a human services related field or Bachelor's Degree with five years of relevant experience.
• Two years of experience with individuals having developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.
• QMHP A and/or C certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to improve support.
• Coordinate admission into REACH services.
• Serve as a community education resource.
