The REACH Coordinator works with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families/caregivers, and support providers, and community partners to strengthen treatment/support efficiencies and service outcomes. The REACH Coordinator serves as a vital community education resource to the community and coordinates admission into REACH services.

Starting Salary

$50,700 – Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required

• Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master’s degree in a human services related field
• Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health
• OR a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses is required.
• QMHP A and/or C required.
