Job summary

New River Valley Community Services in Radford, Virginia is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead to oversee management and development of a REACH community-based team. This role involves ensuring the team meets productivity and regulatory standards while also providing direct services to individuals.

The position offers a starting salary of $64,475 depending on experience and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Preference is given to candidates with a clinical behavioral health related licensure and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services field from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses.
• Ability to register as License eligible in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and develop the REACH community based team.
• Ensure compliance with productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
• Provide direct services to individuals served.
