Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot for a full-time role in Steamboat, Colorado. You will join a team delivering rapid medical transport, ensuring aircraft readiness and strict adherence to FAR and REACH protocols.

Ideal candidates hold a rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and a current FAA medical certificate, with substantial helicopter flight hours and PIC experience.

Qualifications

• FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000; helicopter hours: 2,000; PIC hours: 1,000; turbine hours: 1,000.
• Night hours: 200, with or without night flight experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per FAR/REACH requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and record-keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to successive pilot and team per recording procedures and REACH change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• $106,511- $117,162 Salaryincluding20%Geo Modifier

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities

MinimumRequirements
