Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a HAA Pilot for full-time work in the United States. You will fly in medical air transport operations, ensuring aircraft readiness, regulatory compliance, and precise documentation.

The role requires substantial rotorcraft flight time, an FAA commercial certificate, instrument rating, and medical clearance, with on-call shifts and housing provided. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and retention rewards.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 helicopter hours night hours
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per FAR/REACH requirements and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift-change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for RECORDING a REACH change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

• Salary Range: $115,387 - $126,926; 30% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• On Duty Housing
• 7/7 Schedule

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand REACH requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateREACH and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successivepilotandteamfollowingprotocol forrecordingA REACH change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
