Job summary

Global Medical Response’s REACH program seeks a skilled HAA pilot for full-time medical air transport missions. You will work with a medical team to coordinate patient movement while ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance with FAR/REACH standards.

The role requires rotorcraft commercial certification, instrument rating, and thousands of flight hours, including turbine experience. Competitive compensation includes bonuses and on-duty housing, with a 7/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 helicopter hours night hours (aided or unaided)
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a team of medical experts to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

• Salary Range: $106,511- $117,162 including 20%Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• 12K Area Float Stipend
• On Duty Housing
• 7/7 Schedule
