Reablement Support Worker – Heatherstones Court, Halifax (HX3 0DG)

Rate: £13.47 per hour | Start: 20 July 2026 | End: 09 October 2026 (12-week initial period, may extend) | 25 hours per week, rota-based with weekend working.

Heatherstones Court is a purpose-built, CQC Outstanding-rated reablement service near Savile Park, Halifax, offering self-contained apartments and short-term support for adults recovering from illness, injury, or hospital discharge.

As a Reablement Support Worker you will enable individuals to rebuild confidence and regain independence - focusing on empowering rather than task completion. Key responsibilities include personal care and daily living, mobility support, meal preparation, medication management (ordering, stock checks, liaising with GPs and pharmacies), goal-focused independence planning, and supporting community access and social inclusion.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in care, compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about promoting independence. You must be flexible and available to work shifts including weekends.
