Cera Care Ltd in South East Essex is seeking a community carer to support clients at home who have recently left hospital, helping with personal care, meals, and medications as they recover. This is a community-based role with travel between visits in the local area.

We provide full training, with shifts across mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. DBS, company mobile phone, and uniform are provided to support your work.

The Care Assistant (Reablement) role is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

The Role: Supporting clients in Hockley, Rochford, Rayleigh and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
