Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as described.
• Two years para-professional program support experience with knowledge of state and federal laws, policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and disseminate regulations, policies and procedures for program operations.
• Develop long term plans to enhance and maximize services; evaluate program success and adapt to funding changes.
• Provide information to agencies, management, staff, participants and the public to ensure compliance; explain laws and resolve high-level issues.
• Monitor activities for compliance; evaluate provider eligibility, client needs, and identify fraud; conduct studies and prepare analytical reports.
• Train and provide technical assistance; develop procedural manuals; evaluate program impact and adjust accordingly.
• Oversee collection and organization of program records; prepare reports for budgeting and management decisions.
• May supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations; handle scheduling and training.
