Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license required with at least 1 year of professional nursing experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in charting and documentation per policy and procedures
• Ability to coordinate care, plan nursing diagnoses and collaborate with health care professionals

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and document patient health status and changes
• Develop and revise nursing care plans with multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate sick calls and arrange physician orders as needed
• Administer medications ensuring proper dosage, timing and safety
• Provide CPR/first aid and emergency care when required
• Maintain hygienic environments and safe patient care practices
• Document progress notes, orders and outcomes in medical charts
