Job summary
Marathon Health in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join the integrated health center team. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals and groups, focusing on weight management, diabetes care, cardiovascular health, and metabolic syndrome, following evidence-based guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition from US regionally accredited university.
- 2+ years of clinical registered dietitian experience.
- Registered with CDR and licensed as Dietitian where services are provided.
Responsibilities
- Apply medical nutrition therapy to improve health and manage chronic conditions.
- Assess readiness to change and set health goals with patients.
- Provide nutrition guidance based on guidelines and patient needs.
- Lead nutrition education workshops and group sessions.
- Promote on-site wellness events and outreach.
- Document dietary history and goals in EMR, maintain confidentiality.
- Provide consults for Marathon Health care team.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and referrals.
