Job summary

Marathon Health, a leading primary care provider, seeks a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and education across diverse patient groups. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan nutrition care aligned with clinical guidelines and client agreements.

Your role includes leading workshops, assessments, and tailored nutrition plans while maintaining EMR documentation and providing resources for behavior change and chronic disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition with ACEND-approved coursework.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (CDR) and licensed where required.
• Experience delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals and groups.
• Educate patients and families on nutrition and behavior change.
• Lead nutrition workshops and community outreach events.
• Document dietary plans in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate referrals and appointments within the care team.
