Job summary

Marathon Health is hiring a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our integrated health center team in Colorado. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals and groups, focusing on weight management, diabetes care, cardiovascular health, and chronic disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field and 2+ years of clinical RD experience.
• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensed as a Dietitian where services are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals and groups.
• Assess readiness to change and guide patients with nutrition education and motivational interviewing.
• Lead nutrition workshops, lunch-and-learns, cooking demos, and community tours.
• Document dietary history and goals in the electronic medical record with patient confidentiality.
• Support scheduling, internal referrals, and collaboration with the care team.
