Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking a RDMS/RVT II for weekend coverage in the Ultrasound Imaging department at Macungie.

This role performs diagnostic ultrasound and vascular exams, collaborates with radiologists, and participates in call rotations as needed to deliver high-quality imaging services. Qualified candidates will have ARDMS certification and CAHEA/approved program training, with strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound and/or vascular exams of designated anatomy to physician specifications and established protocols.
• Assists in non-routine specialized exams, such as vascular studies and procedures utilizing advanced imaging equipment and techniques.
• Produces diagnostic images and coordinates imaging parameters with radiologists for interpretation.
• Maintains quality control and participates in continuing education to stay current with ultrasound techniques.
• Ensures appropriate consents are present and signed before proceeding with examinations.
