Exquisite Dentistry is a patient-centered, high-quality private practice in Los Angeles seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist who cares about both excellent clinical work and a warm, unrushed patient experience.

Your Role

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care at a high clinical standard
• Perform assessments, identify disease early, and support comprehensive treatment
• Educate patients so they clearly understand their oral health and recommended care
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
• Take ownership of your schedule, reappointments, and contribution to hygiene growth
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure coordinated, excellent care

Compensation & Schedule

• Incentive program tied to efficiency and practice growth
• Part-time, 24 hours/week, 8–53 days/week: Monday required; Wednesday and Thursday preferred (some flexibility for Tuesday)
