Ideal Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dental Hygienist (3 days a week) with an opportunity to grow into a full-time position at our Kissimmee, FL practice. Earn $130,000+ annually with our industry-leading monthly hygiene incentive program and uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure; New grads welcome.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure exceptional care and patient experience.
• Greet patients and prepare them for dental exams.
• Educate patients on oral health and provide personalized care instructions.
• Perform general and periodontal cleanings, screenings, and offer treatment recommendations.
