A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a premier private dental practice in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, to identify an exceptional Registered Dental Assistant. This role supports multiple providers and helps create an efficient, patient-centered clinic.

Ideal candidates have a California RDA license, CPR/BLS, and at least 2 years of chairside experience with cosmetic/restorative/implant procedures. Digital radiography and Open Dental/Dexis experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• California RDA license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years chairside experience.
• Experience with cosmetic/restorative/implant/endodontic procedures.
• Digital radiography experience required.
• Experience using Open Dental and Dexis imaging systems.
• Familiarity with iTero scanner preferred.
• Strong OSHA/HIPAA compliance and infection control knowledge.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and general procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are ready.
• Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and digital impressions.
• Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control compliance.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories.
• Support efficient patient flow and scheduling.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver exceptional care.
• Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and general dental procedures

• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred
• Experience assisting with cosmetic, restorative, crown & bridge, implant, and endodontic procedures
• Digital radiography experience required
• Experience using Open Dental preferred
• Experience with Dexis imaging systems preferred
• Experience using an iTero digital scanner is a plus
• Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience working in an MGE (Management by Objectives) practice or familiarity with MGE systems and practice philosophies is highly preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to practice growth, efficiency, and daily production goals
