Ideal Dental seeks a part-time Dental Hygienist to join a fast-growing, patient-centered practice in Kissimmee, FL. The role offers 3 days a week with a path to full-time, and includes an industry-leading hygiene incentive program that can push earnings beyond $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure required (new grads welcome).
• Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for patient care and service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification (AHA preferred, BLS with AED).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure exceptional care and patient experience.
• Greet patients and prepare them for dental exams.
• Educate patients on oral health and provide care instructions.
• Perform general and periodontal cleanings, screenings, and treatment recommendations.
