Job summary

TRU Dentistry, a busy private practice in South Austin, seeks an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join long-term. Compensation ranges $40–$60 per hour with flexible scheduling and a supportive, drama-free environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Texas RDH license, laser therapy Certification, and 1–2 years of clinical experience, plus strong patient education and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed dental hygienist with Texas RDH license.
• 1+ years of clinical dental hygiene experience.
• Valid Texas RDH license and relevant certifications.
• 1–2 years of clinic experience preferred.
• Must be certified and confident in Dental Laser Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform scaling and root planing with precision.
• Apply laser therapy for soft tissue management and adjunctive hygiene care.
