Job summary

River Park Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry in Austin, TX is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing dental family. We value a happy, collaborative workplace and state-of-the-art technology.

You will deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene care, educate patients, and maintain thorough records while working closely with our dentists to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDH license (or in progress).
• Laser certification and nitrous oxide monitoring preferred (not required).
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred (not required).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required).
• Strong clinical competencies with emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care.
• Conduct oral screenings, review medical histories, and take digital radiographs.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and home care regimens.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with practice standards.
• Collaborate with dentists and team to ensure smooth daily operations and stellar patient experience.
