TRU Dentistry, a busy private practice in South Austin, seeks an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join long-term. Compensation ranges $40–$60 per hour with flexible scheduling and a supportive, drama-free environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Texas RDH license, laser therapy Certification, and 1–2 years of clinical experience, plus strong patient education and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
• Licensure: Valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred (Mid-level).
• Certifications: Must be certified and confident in Dental Laser Therapy.
• Mindset: Professional communication skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and a patient-centered approach to care.
