Job summary

Kingman Family Dentistry is seeking a Laser-Certified Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical team on Thursdays and Fridays from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM, with an optional Monday add-on for a 3‑day schedule as patient demand grows.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona RDH license and laser certification, can perform laser hygiene and periodontal therapy, and delivers excellent patient care with modern technology in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Active Arizona RDH license and Laser Certification / Soft-Tissue Diode Laser Certification.
• Proficient in soft-tissue laser therapy, periodontal evaluation, scaling and root planing, and digital radiography.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills are essential.
• Availability for Thursdays and Fridays 7:15 AM–5:00 PM, with potential Monday addition for a 3-day option.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hygiene procedures and non-surgical periodontal therapy.
• Conduct preventive cleanings, screenings, and radiographs.
• Educate patients on home care and treatment options in a supportive manner.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and periodontal scoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and dental team to ensure smooth daily workflows.
