Castro Valley Advantage Dental is actively seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing, privately owned practice in Castro Valley, CA. We prioritize time with patients, education, and collaboration with doctors to support oral health and prevention.

You’ll have one-hour hygiene appointments, work onsite, and contribute to a cohesive team that values quality care. New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply, with flexible FT/PT opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active California RDH license
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to follow established clinical protocols and collaborate with the team

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
• Perform hygiene assessments, periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, and other procedures within your licensed scope of practice
• Educate patients about their oral health and help them understand recommended treatment
• Collaborate with our doctors through co-diagnosis and effective patient handoffs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow established office protocols
• Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent care and communication
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and supportive team environment
