Job summary

Castro Valley Advantage Dental is seeking an associate dentist to join our growing private practice in Castro Valley, CA. We value patient relationships, ownership of care, and a collaborative team environment.

We offer mentorship, continuing education, and a broad scope of dentistry including Invisalign, implants, and All-on-X. Full-time or part-time positions are available, with compensation based on production and a negotiable daily minimum.

Responsibilities

Associate Dentist — Castro Valley Advantage Dental

Castro Valley Advantage Dental is a growing private practice looking for an associate dentist who is motivated, humble, and ready to contribute. We care deeply about our patients, hold ourselves to high standards, and believe a great practice develops its people.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build patient relationships, take ownership of their work, and grow with our team.

Dentistry you can grow into

Our practice provides a wide range of care, including restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, Invisalign, implant dentistry, and full-arch treatment, including All-on-X. We are looking for a strong restorative dentist to join us full time with a desire to grow clinical scope and provide comprehensive care.

You don’t need to perform every procedure on day one. We welcome doctors who bring strong clinical skills and doctors who are eager to expand them through mentorship, continuing education, and thoughtful case planning. Our dentists work one column and we like to focus on fewer well planned visits.

Our technology includes:

• Same-day crowns and in-office milling

• iTero and TRIOS intraoral scanners

• 3D printing

• Modern digital workflows that support efficient, high-quality care

Our patient base is fee-for-service and PPO. We do not participate in Medicaid/Medi-Cal plans.

Compensation and benefits

Potential annual earnings: $200,000–$400,000

This range is an earning opportunity, not a guaranteed salary.

Compensation includes:

• A negotiable daily minimum based on experience

• 28%–33% of adjusted production, with the specific rate and compensation structure discussed during the interview process

Required qualifications:

• Active California dental license by your start date

Preferred qualifications:

• Two or more years of private practice experience, or completion of an AEGD/GPR program
