Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing.
Ability to administer local anesthesia.

Responsibilities

Deliver preventive and periodontal care within licensed scope.
Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams.
Perform periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans.
Educate patients on treatment and home care.
Maintain clinical notes and treatment records.
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
