Mynt Dental in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a licensed RDH to join a state-of-the-art practice. Deliver preventive and periodontal care, co-diagnose with the doctor, and chart treatment with modern tools like iTero Lumina and AI-assisted radiography.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing.
• Ability to administer local anesthesia.

• Familiarity with digital scanners and radiography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope.

Full-time or Part-time ( 2-5 days available)

Role And Schedule

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams — your clinical judgment carries weight here
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols

Hours:

Clinic hours are 9am-6pm during the week, and 9am-4pm on Saturdays.

Appointment Lengths

• New Patient or Recall: 60 minutes
• Default SRP: 60 minutes per 2 quadrant

Patients per day:

7-8 patients

We schedule for thorough care, not volume. You will have time to chart properly, educate your patient, and reset your room without running behind.

What We're Looking For

• New graduates are welcome. We'll pair you with an experienced hygienist at the beginning to build your speed and confidence — we won't throw you into a full column on day one

Hiring Process

• A 5 min phone call with our team to schedule an introduction phone call with the owner.
• A 15 minute call with owner to talk through the role and answer your questions
• An in-person meeting with the owner to see the office and talk about clinical philosophy and how our hygiene department runs
• An offer, typically within 5-7 business days

The Pay Range For This Role Is
