Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing.
- Ability to administer local anesthesia.
- New graduates welcome; paired with experienced hygienist at start.
Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive and periodontal care within licensed scope.
- Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams; clinical judgment carries weight.
- Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans.
- Educate patients on treatment and home care.
- Maintain clinical notes and treatment records.
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
