Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care within your licensed scope.
• Co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams — your clinical judgment carries weight here.
• Complete periodontal charting, radiographs, and intraoral scans.
• Educate patients on their treatment and home care.
• Maintain your clinical notes and treatment records.
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
