Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Associate’s degree preferred; high-school diploma or equivalent will be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, CI, quality, maintenance, process, or production support.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and trend comparison.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hands‑on laboratory team and perform testing while guiding others.
• Partner with management to set lab priorities and ensure timely project execution.
• Act as audit lead: prepare, execute, and follow up on audits.
• Maintain audit-ready lab spaces, equipment, records and data systems.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, documentation and lab procedures.
• Train, mentor, and develop laboratory personnel.
• Perform and lead testing on RCP and competitive products.
• Provide expertise in test methods, equipment operation, troubleshooting and data interpretation.
• Drive improvements to testing methods, equipment use and workflows.
• Ensure accurate data capture into Gainseeker and manage lab projects.
