• Lead and perform laboratory testing and oversee testing priorities.
• Partner with management to set lab priorities and ensure timely project execution.
• Act as audit lead, handling preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain audit-ready workspace, equipment, records, and data systems.
• Support training and development of laboratory personnel.
