Job summary

Candidates must have an accredited echo program, RDCS/ RCS, BLS, ACLS preferred, and hospital experience; the role involves patient safety, data handling, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in echocardiography or accredited echo training program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS preferred.
• RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) required.
• 1 year hospital experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper patient identification and safety.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient.
• Demonstrate understanding of universal precautions.
• Prepare echocardiographic worksheet for physicians.
• Support department quality assurance with accurate data collection.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and with team.
