Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Regional Distribution Center in Statesville, NC.

The role leads a maintenance team, analyzes equipment failures, and ensures preventive maintenance tasks are completed while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager and contractors. The ideal candidate has a background in distribution center operations, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proven safety record.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in DC/warehouse operations
Experience with repairing/maintaining conveyors, PLC controlled systems with photo eye detectors, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Proven safety record and ability to foster a culture of safety among team members
Experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics
Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
Basic math and reading comprehension
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Supervise a high‑performing maintenance team to keep equipment operational in the RDC
Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and contractors for repairs and new construction
Lead preventive maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair diverse equipment types (conveyors, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
