Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Associate RDC in Smyrna, TN. The role focuses on cycle counting across the distribution center to maintain transaction accuracy and support SOP compliance.

You will prepare analyses and reports to identify inventory issues, assist other departments with inventory failures, and help uphold Ashley’s high-performance culture of value and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Monthly cycle count in the warehouse to meet financial requirements
• Publish daily cycle count results, run shrink reports and report out by day end
• Run daily/weekly/monthly reports (Use Tax; Quarterly Inventory; Transfer orders; etc.) and correct discrepancies
• Labeling and maintain labeling for all physical locations
• Reconciles invoices and purchase orders; reviews shipping/receiving documents for accuracy
• Monitors in-transit inventory and location changes (store-to-store, warehouse transfers)
• Liaises between stores and local distribution center; supports quality control processes
• Coordinates merchandise donation processes for Home Store-sponsored charities
