Job summary

United Health Centers is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant level 2 to join a state-of-the-art facility. The RDA 2 provides comprehensive support to the dental provider and patients, leads in ordering supplies, and oversees infection control and OSHA logs.

Under supervision, executes RDA duties and assists with oral surgery and treatments to ensure smooth patient flow. The role requires a California RDA license, 5+ years of RDA experience, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, and strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Meet all requirements mandated by the Dental Board of California for obtaining a Registered Dental Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the dental department and ensure proper communication with the Dental Assistant Supervisor.
• Proactively manage provider appointment schedules and ensure correct templates and scheduling.
• Assist in training and staff development at the health center.
• Perform and coordinate site audits/visits for OSHA, Delta Dental, etc.
• Oversee ordering of dental supplies and maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee RDA column and assist providers with treatment within RDA scope.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data recording.
