Job summary

Dental Views in Riverside, CA seeks an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental team. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient-focused, organized, and comfortable with chairside assisting, digital radiographs, sterilization, patient flow, and clinical documentation.

Implant, oral surgery, and full-arch/AOX experience is highly preferred. You will work closely with doctors and hygienists, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support efficient patient care through accurate

Qualifications

• Licensed RDA in California with current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of infection-control and sterilization requirements.
• Strong chairside assisting and dental terminology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with digital radiography and practice-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures.
• Take diagnostic dental radiographs in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Perform RDA duties permitted by California law and within the employee's current licenses, permits, certifications, training, and scope of practice.
• Assist with implant, crown and bridge, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, and other dental procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Review the daily schedule and prepare in advance for scheduled procedures.
