TRUE DENTISTRY SITE HOLDINGS LLC is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support multiple providers in a fast-paced general dentistry and AOX environment. This role requires hands-on experience and comfort working efficiently in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of dental assisting in a dental office, strong charting and documentation skills, and be proficient with Dentrix.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on dental assisting experience in a dental office.
• Dentrix experience is a plus.
• Proficient in dental charting and clinical documentation/notation.
• Experience providing chairside assistance for general dentistry procedures.
• Able to fabricate a temporary crown.
• Comfortable assisting multiple providers and transitioning between procedures.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Invisalign experience is a plus; AOX/implant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide chairside assistance to multiple dental providers during general and restorative procedures.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, materials, and equipment for scheduled procedures.
• Assist with crowns, bridges, fillings, impressions, scanning, and other general procedures.
• Take dental radiographs and assist with intraoral and 3D scanning as needed.
• Document clinical findings, treatment performed, and provider instructions in patient charts.
• Maintain Dentrix notes and ensure clinic is prepared for the day.
• Assist with implant and AOX procedures based on experience and training.
• Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols and maintain an organized workflow.
