Job summary

Cibolo Modern Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care in Texas. You will help with exams, x-rays, intra-oral imaging, patient education, and clinical procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining sterile work areas, assisting during treatments, and ensuring compliance with state and federal safety regulations. Competitive benefits and opportunities for skill development are offered.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required
• State-mmandated certifications/licenses/registrations required (e.g., radiograph exposure)
• Associate degree or 1-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency
• Participate in the Perfect Patient Experience by addressing patient needs and concerns
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment for patients and staff
• Take and/or assist with x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist
• Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care as directed
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories per ADA guidelines
• Comply with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.)

Education

Associate degree or certificate from an accredited college/technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
