Job summary

Ghina Morad DMD is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-focused team in a general dentistry and orthodontic setting. You will provide chairside assistance, take radiographs, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient practice.

We require a minimum of 3 years' RDA experience, strong interpersonal skills, and dependability. The role is full-time, four days per week, with competitive hourly compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
• Experience in a dental office environment and with orthodontic procedures.
• Strong patient service, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat and ensure patient comfort throughout visits.
• Prepare treatment rooms, provide patient comfort items and apply topical anesthetic.
• Take radiographs (FMX, bitewings, cephalometric) and track progress.
• Provide chairside assistance and maintain infection-control procedures.
• Sterilize instruments, stock operatories, and coordinate lab cases.
• Assist with patient recall scheduling and treatment presentations.
