Wesley Dental in Greenville, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide chairside support across general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign procedures. The role is full-time with a schedule that finishes early on Fridays, and offers a compensation range of $19–22 per hour plus a monthly bonus.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RDA registration, can work independently in a busy multi-doctor office, and demonstrates strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA registration.
• Experience as chairside assistant across full scope.
• Strong communication and reliability; team player.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance across general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign cases.
• Take and pour impressions; fabricate temporaries.
• Maintain operatory readiness and sterilization.
• Ensure safety and infection-control protocols.
• Record charting and patient notes.
• Support efficient patient flow and experience.
