Job summary

Allen Dental Center is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team in Allen, PA. The role emphasizes chairside support, patient-centered care, and collaboration with doctors, hygienists, and staff.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($24.00 - $28.00) with a production bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO for eligible full-time

Qualifications

• Active RDA certification is required.
• Experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Open Dental and iTero scanning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting with light-cured materials.
• Take intra-oral camera images and manage records.
• Pouring and trimming models; take alginate impressions.
• Prepare patients and provide post-operative instructions.
• Sterilize equipment and maintain operatory turnover.
• Assist with Invisalign cases and implants as needed.
