Wesley Dental in Greenville, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to provide chairside support across general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign procedures. Wesley Dental, a well-loved family dental practice in Greenville, TX, is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to deliver the warm, comfortable chairside care our patients rave about. This full-time role comes with a great schedule that eases up as the week goes on, including a noon finish on Fridays.

About the role

You'll provide skilled chairside support in a busy, multi-doctor office across a full scope of general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and laser procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide excellent chairside assisting across general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign cases.
• Take and pour impressions and fabricate temporaries.
• Manage operatory readiness, instrument sterilization, and clinical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
• Record and update charting and patient notes.
• Support efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient experience.

What we're looking for

• Active Texas RDA registration.
• An experienced chairside assistant comfortable working independently across a full scope of procedures.
• Full-scope skills: scanning systems, implant placement assisting, anterior/posterior temp crown & veneer fabrication, retraction cord, Invisalign.
• Strong communication, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Schedule

Mon & Tues 7:45-5, Wed 7:45-4, Thurs 7:45-2, Fri 7:45-noon.

Compensation

$19-22/hr, depending on experience, plus monthly bonus.
