Qualifications

• Must be state-licensed as an RDA and have at least two years of experience
• Associate’s degree from CODA-accredited program required
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Schedule appointments
