Job summary

The Dentist Group in San Francisco is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join our fast-paced office. You will assist dentists, prepare operatories, take digital X-rays, and maintain sterilization.

We value energy, teamwork, and excellent chairside manners. A California RDA license is required, and experience with Dexis or Open Dental is a plus. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, PTO, and a modern, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active California RDA license.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and workflows.
• Experience with digital systems (Dexis, Open Dental, etc. = a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and a warm chairside manner.
• A “see it, solve it” mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of procedures, you know the drill ;)
• Prepare and break down operatories with efficiency and care
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
• Maintain sterilization protocols like a pro
